By accessing and using tonyx-services.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. TonyX Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Services: TonyX Services provides land services including brush hogging, land clearing, grading, backhoe work, brush removal, tilling, and hauling in Central and Western New York. All services are quoted on a flat rate basis. Pricing may vary based on job scope, location, and conditions.
Liability: TonyX Services is not liable for underground utilities, unmarked property lines, pre-existing conditions, or damage to items not disclosed prior to service. Property owners are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards before work begins.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods of payment will be discussed at the time of booking.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge.
